Brand collaborations
All post content is to be approved by Raakhee Stratton at https://easypeasygreeny.co.uk/ and will reserve the right to edit any copy received.

Payment is required 5 days from post publishing. The brand will be sent an invoice from https://easypeasygreeny.co.uk/. Any invoices sent via PayPal will include PayPal admin fees in addition to the agreed price.
Late payment will be subject to a late payment charge of £6 per day. Raakhee Stratton reserves the right to remove any posts where payments have not received within the 5 day period. Post will be republished once payment has been settled.
A publication date will be provided and the post will go live on that day. Posts will be permanent. If I receive any notifications of broken links, they will be removed.
By providing any images to include in the post, you are agreeing that you have full right(s) to the image. Otherwise, Raakhee Stratton will source alternative images.

Subscribing: By subscribing you agree to pay your subscription fee for the goods that are delivered or access to online material for the term of your subscription. Any physical products purchased (not digital downloads), will be posted on the date stated on the website and will only be posted to an address in the United Kingdom.
Subscription Renewal: By signing up to any subscription you understand and agree you will be charged at the standard rate. The Company do not accept any responsibility or offer refunds for ‘auto renewals’ if you have failed to cancel your subscription before your next renewal date. You will be automatically billed after your current subscription unless the subscription is ‘set to cancel’ before your final payment date in your initial commitment.
Any subscriptions, physical or online products, is ongoing until you cancel, if you cancel your subscription prior to the end of the existing subscription period, you will be charged for the rest of that subscription period. If you fail to cancel your membership before your subscription renewal, your subscription will automatically auto renew for the next period.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription by logging into your account on the Easy Peasy Greeny website at any time. To ensure you are not charged another subscription, you will need to cancel prior to the renewal date. If you fail to do so, a refund will not be issued.
Your subscription is ongoing until you cancel and, if you cancel your membership before the end of an existing subscription period you have committed to, you will be charged for the remainder of that subscription period.
Easy Peasy Greeny does not offer a ‘free trial’ unless otherwise stated.
By signing up to any of our online or physical subscription services, by signing up you agree it is your responsibility to cancel your own subscription by logging into your account. The Company will not accept any responsibility to cancel your subscription/membership on your behalf. It is up to the customer alone to cancel the subscription
You must cancel your subscription 24 hours before the renewal date.
Billing & Payments: You will automatically be charged monthly for your ongoing subscription.
For your convenience and continuous subscription benefits as a member, if your payment method reaches its expiration date, you do not edit your credit card information and you have an ongoing subscription, you authorise us to continue billing including extending the expiration date until we are notified by you or the credit card company that the account is no longer valid. We encourage you to constantly update your payment method information or cancel your membership should you wish to discontinue your monthly purchase of Products. This is not necessary for one-off boxes or the online guide.
Your Personal Data: Your security is important to us. We use a reputable third party to process all payments ‘Stripe Europe Ltd’, and you agree that we can store your information with this party. You also acknowledge that we will not be held responsible for any third party security breaches.
Shipping: Our listed prices include shipping fees unless otherwise stated. All orders placed on our website are subject to availability and any physical products will only be shipped to addresses located within The United Kingdom.
Loss of Goods: We use Royal Mail delivery company and are responsible for the delivery of all goods ordered. Should your item not arrive by the stated delivery timeframe, please contact us via email info@easypeasygreeny.co.uk.
Return / Refund Policy: All sales and subscriptions made on our Site are considered final. The Company has a return policy, if there is a problem or defect with any product delivered we will do our utmost to resolve the problem. Products must be returned unopened, unused and intact. If the products have been opened/used we will not accept a return or offer any refund.
It would be the customers responsibility to cancel the subscription when they want.
Correspondence: We send e-mail correspondence and newsletters following orders and registration by members. You can opt out of these at anytime.
Pricing/Errors: Product prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. We may cancel any offer and reserve the right to correct errors, including after an order has been submitted, whether or not your credit/debit card has been charged. If your card has already been charged and your order is cancelled, the Company will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the charge. You accept that your subscription being ‘auto renewed’ on the date advised at sign up is not considered an error liable for refund.
Order Acceptance/Confirmation: We reserve the right at any time to accept or decline your order. The Company reserves the right to decline sales to any party.
Warranty: You are responsible for deciding if the products you receive are suitable for you. We will not offer any compensation under any circumstance.

The Site is owned by Easy Peasy Greeny. All of the content displayed on the Site, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, data, photographic images, moving images, sound, illustrations, software and the selection and arrangement thereof (“Easy Peasy Greeny”) its licensors or its third-party image partners unless otherwise stated.
